Federico Stirpe graduated in Sports Science at the University of Pisa with the thesis "Core training in the prevention and recovery of pubalgia in football players".

Already in the second university year he began collaborating with the Oratorio Don Bosco football club, one of the most renowned in Massa-Carrara, where he will follow the athletic training of very young people and regional students for 2 years.

From 2012 to 2016 he began a wonderful experience in FIGC-SGS (Italian Football Federation - Youth and Scholastic Sector) where he became responsible for school activities in the province of Massa-Carrara coordinating the project "Values go down to the field" in the schools of the territory; thanks to this project he teaches football school instructors allowing them to teach in primary schools.

He will work himself as a Federal Technician at various schools in the province.

In addition, he will teach the CONI-FIGC basic coaching course.

The work in the FIGC gives him the opportunity to become a BLSD trainer throughout Tuscany.

At the same time he holds the position of athletic trainer in the Carrarese Calcio youth sector where he will train, the first year, the Allievi Nazionali Professionisti and the following year the Berretti training in the national professional championship.

In 2013 he began to collaborate with the SHAPE Wellness gym in Marina di Pietrasanta and consequently in motorsport.

From this moment begins a series of great professional and human experiences for him.

In 2014 he had his first experiences in the European Formula 3 championship on the Nurburgring, Jerez de la Frontera and Monza circuits.

He participated in the 24 hours of Spa-francorchamps.

Between the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015 he worked in the official Formula 2 tests in Abu Dhabi and in the Formula 1 support race in the Bahrain desert.

The official tests and some races of the world championship will follow. GP3.

During this period, he deepened his professional training through specific courses with institutions such as ELAV, Core Training Italia, FIPE and CONI where he obtained the qualification of sports massage technician (decontracting, pre-competition and post-competition).

Also in 2015 he toured Europe in circuits such as Silverstone, Hockenheim, Barcelona, Estoril, Brno and Assen and many others for various races and tests.

At the same time, he follows the physical preparation in the gym of several riders of different categories from all over the world.

In 2016 he gained experience in the official tests in the WEC with Toyota LMP1 at Paul Ricard in France, in the European BossGP championship and again in Formula 2 in Abu Dhabi.

The following year he collaborated with Porsche in Asia where he will follow the training camp, official tests and races in China, Singapore, Japan and Australia until 2019, due to Covid.

The year will end with the LMP2 tests in Bahrain.

Start 2018 with an incredible experience in one of the most important races in the GT category worldwide, working for Porsche in the Bathurst 12 hours in Australia.

 

LMP2 tests, the 24 hours of Spa and the Ferrari Finali Mondiali will follow.

At the same time he follows specific updates and courses such as FMS level 1 and 2, advanced sports massage, cupping and functional training,

 

In 2019, Federico lands in America to follow a Chilean driver in Ferrari Challenge USA for 7 races to then also work in GT World Challenge Europe with Audi and in Italian GT where they win the championship with the Gai-Fisichella-Villeneue trio.

 

During the pandemic, he continues to maintain programs with various athletes with online training and, together with Edoardo, driven by the need to give an ever greater service to customers, "Health & Performance Personal Training Studio”.

 

In 2020 he participates in the most important car race in the world or the 24 hours of Le Mans helping an Italian driver reach second place.

 

Between 2021 and 2022 he alternates the vast amount of work in the studio with training camps in France and Singapore and championships such as GT World Challenge, GT4 America and GT Italiano.

He works at the 24 Hours of Daytona in the LMP2 category, at the Lamborghini World Finals in Portugal and at the Abu Dhabi 12 Hours.

 

In 2023 he is team trainer in various championships including Ferrari Challenge America and Europe, GT4 America and GT World Challenge Europe.

EdoardoLamberti

Edoardo Lamberti graduated in Sports Science at the University of Pisa with the thesis "The role of the Sports Science graduate in fitness" in 2015.

 

Immediately after graduation, he began collaborating with the Taddei sports center where he will follow a wide range of clients, helping them daily to achieve their goals through specific work for each one.

 

Simultaneously  it is updated with courses such as FIPE level 1 and 2 Personal Trainer, sports massage operator, postural operator and kinesiotaping.

 

From 2017 to today he is an AFA teacher (Adapted Physical Activity) at Filo d'Argento, Pietrasanta.

 

For two years he collaborated with the physiotherapy studio 31 as miha Bodytech and motor re-education.

Between 2019 and 2020 he was an athletic trainer at the Porsche Carrera Cup France training camp and at the Bathurst 12 Hours in Australia.

 

During the lock-down he specialized in online training, the only way to maintain good consistency with remote clients. Service still available.

Having finished the collaboration with the Taddei sports center after 5 years, he opens the Health & Performance with the goal that has always distinguished it, that is, to professionally follow every type of person for an active, constant and preventive lifestyle.

 

In 2022 he obtained a master's degree in Sciences and Techniques of Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities with the thesis "The role of physical exercise in life expectancy".

 

He becomes an advanced sports masseur with ATS and will collaborate as a physical trainer in the Ferrari Challenge at Misano.
